Oregon Legislators Import Specific Tax Exemption For Outdoor Sports Wear

Oregon state legislators Earl Blumenauer and Sen.Ron Wyden launched in July 10th to benefit specific outdoors.

"Specific" in the tax exemption law

1) windproof, waterproof and air isolation, which can keep warm in winter.

2) at least one.

3) tightness, trousers or other tightening measures at waist or trouser legs, including trousers that tighten up the ankle, and jacket with waist or bottom.

4) with a vent, but not a ring or ring for decoration.

5) with a kneecap or elbow protector.

6) thickened in the following parts: elbow, shoulder, buttocks, knees, ankles, cuffs.

7) waist or front with waterproof and waterproof measures.

8) adjustable wind caps and collar.
