Never argue with your boss. Though you may win, you must pay the price of bleeding. Your boss's patience may be the end of your doom.

In front of the boss, be willing to take the responsibility and credit the credit to the boss.

3. Prepare for several years of struggle.

In the first few years, you have to understand the characteristics and processes of products, familiar with the supplier network, and have to find a few of your customers. All of this, you must make several times more efforts than your colleagues can do.

If you are off duty after work, you may rest when others rest, so you may only be a NEWCOMER after five years!
