30 billion yuan to build a new town in Langfang.

A few days ago, Shao Weijun, chairman of Langfang Zheshang Xincheng Investment Co., Ltd. announced this news in Langfang.

In May 19th, the Zhejiang chamber of Commerce of Beijing and the Yongqing County People's government held the introduction of Yongqing Zheshang new town project.

Shao Weijun said that around the southern Fourth Ring Road in Beijing, thousands of Zhejiang garment enterprises have been gathered. These Zhejiang businessmen have laid a good industrial foundation in Beijing, and have also formed a "Zhejiang village" phenomenon.

At present, there are more than three people in Zhejiang doing business in Beijing, including Yueqing, Yongjia and Xianju. Yueqing people gather in Dahongmen and Muxiyuan, and there are nearly 100 thousand people.

Nowadays, with the urban pformation, many enterprises are facing demolition.

Thus, with the help of Langfang and the China Promotion Association, Beijing Zhejiang business association took the advantage of Yongqing County, and invested 30 billion yuan to build the Beijing Tianjin eco Star City Integrating garment industry base, tourism and leisure, international conferences and life and commerce.

According to introducing, Zhejiang business new town is divided into four parts, the construction period is 5 years.

One of them is Zhejiang merchants clothing city. It is expected to attract about 1000 garment manufacturers. It will shift the garment industry outside Beijing and its surrounding areas to Yongqing and introduce some Zhejiang local clothing brand enterprises to invest and set up factories in the north.

The first and two projects will start construction in early June this year.
