On the basis of the testing institute, the China Industrial Textiles Association, the Guangdong nonwovens Association and the Guangzhou fiber products testing institute will jointly establish the comprehensive industrial textiles testing center, the China textile industry testing center (Guangdong).

Guangzhou fiber products testing institute is the mature third party fiber in China.
Textile clothing
Clothing and clothing professional testing institutions, with more than 40 years of inspection experience, through CNAS, CMA, CAL "three in one" assessment accreditation, is the only national level a textile national product quality supervision and inspection center.
The Institute is mainly engaged in quality inspection of products such as fiber, textiles, clothing, leather, bags, footwear and so on. It involves international standards such as GB, FZ, QB, HG and other domestic standards, such as ISO, EN, BS, DIN, ASTM, AATCC, JIS, and so on.
The hospital has strong technical force, advanced inspection equipment and perfect quality system, so as to achieve the leading domestic and international advanced detection level.

The center (Guangdong) will be specialized in testing services for nonwoven, filter textiles, medical textiles, automotive textiles, geosynthetics and other products in accordance with the strong testing technology strength of Guangzhou fiber products testing institute. It can involve domestic and international standards such as JT, SL, TB, YY, AAMI, EDANA, INDA and so on.
In view of the serious lack of industrial textile industry standards and the lagging behind in the revision, the China Textile Industry Association actively guides and promotes the formulation and revision of standards, and promotes the exchanges between domestic and foreign counterparts and upstream and downstream applications.
At the beginning of June, China Industrial Textiles Association and China Textile Engineering Society Industrial Textiles Specialized Committee will hold the "2010 Seminar on standards and testing of industrial textiles" in Guangzhou. The event will be organised by Guangzhou fiber products testing institute.
It is reported that the seminar will include standards applicable to many fields such as medical, geosynthetics, filtration and so on. It will provide an effective communication platform for enterprises to understand the relevant policies, current situation, development trends and existing problems in the construction of standards and testing systems for industrial textiles.
