Russian Textiles And Clothing Hygiene Certification Has Changed Inspection Departments

Reporters recently learned from the Fujian Shishi Office of the inspection and Quarantine Bureau, according to the Russian official announcement, since July 1, 2010, the electrical and electronic products contacted with food will no longer need to apply for health certification, instead of the Russian government's registration certificate. The health certificate issued before July 1st can be used in January 1, 2012.

　　据介绍，现在新的俄罗斯政府注册证书只规范与食品有接触的电子电气产品，到目前为止，需要在俄罗斯政府注册的产品包括饮料：矿泉水、瓶装饮用水、软饮料、酒精饮料、啤酒;专用食品：包括婴儿食品、怀孕和哺乳期妇女用食品、运动员专用食品、生物活性食品添加剂、生产生物活性添加剂的原材料、有机产品;转基因食品;食品添加剂、调味品、作为调味料和原材料的植物提取物、微生物和细菌发酵剂、技术辅助物，包括酶;化妆品、口腔卫生工具和产品;杀虫剂、虫害和灭鼠工具;家用化学品;有潜在危险的化学物质和生物物质;预定用于饮用水供水的材料、设备、装置及其他技术手段;儿童和成人个人卫生用品、3岁以下(包括3岁)的儿童产品、营养餐和营养品、儿童护理卫生用品、儿童服装;预定与食品接触的产品(炊具、餐具、设备除外)。
