60 Textile Industry Standards Approved By The Ministry Of Industry And Information Technology Will Be Implemented On October 1

　　 Industry Ministry of Information Technology approval 65 items, including the Calculation Method and Basic Quota for Comprehensive Energy Consumption of Printing and Dyeing Enterprises, include the industrial standards for textile, ferrous metallurgy and pharmaceutical equipment, of which 60 items will be implemented on October 1 this year. The 60 textile standards submitted for approval this time are part of the revision plans formulated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the former National Development and Reform Commission over the years. All of them are recommended standards, including 3 standards for resource conservation and comprehensive utilization, and 57 standards for textile products.

The reporter learned from the Science and Technology Development Department of China Textile Industry Association that of the 60 standards, 33 were revised and 27 were formulated. Most of the revised standards have been implemented for more than 10 years. On the one hand, this revision has solved the problem of standard aging, on the other hand, it has met the needs of the development of the current technical level, reflected the principle of technological progress, and maintained the advancement and practicality of the standard. The newly formulated standards are mainly based on the actual production situation and technological innovation achievements over the years in China, as well as the needs of industry management, filling the domestic gap. Three of the 60 standards have adopted international standards, one of which is modified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards, and two of which have adopted international Silk Association (ISA) standards.

Among the 60 textile industry standards, 7 professional fields are involved, including 9 cotton textile printing and dyeing, 15 wool textile, 7 hemp textile, 4 silk, 11 knitting, 4 ribbon, and 10 textile machinery and accessories.

There are 9 items in the field of cotton textile printing and dyeing, 5 items are revised and 4 items are formulated. Among them, there are 3 standards for energy conservation and emission reduction in the printing and dyeing industry. The Calculation Method and Basic Quota of Comprehensive Energy Consumption for Printing and Dyeing Enterprises has increased the basic quota of energy consumption for various categories of printing and dyeing products, eliminated the difference between domestic and foreign sales of printing and dyeing products, simplified the calculation of classified energy consumption for pretreatment of printing and dyeing, bleaching, dyeing and printing, increased the assessment of sewage energy consumption for auxiliary production, and adapted to the new situation of energy conservation and emission reduction, It will play a positive role in unifying the energy consumption calculation method of the national printing and dyeing industry, promoting management and reducing comprehensive energy consumption.

There are 15 items in wool textile field, 10 items are revised and 5 items are formulated. Among them, there is one fiber identification standard. The formulation of the standard provides a strong technical support for the composition detection test of two-component blended products containing carbon modified polyester fiber.

There are 7 items in linen textile field, 6 items are revised and 1 item is formulated. The "Rotor spun flax cotton blended yarn" is newly formulated, which stipulates the specifications, requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, packaging and marks of the rotor spun flax cotton blended plain yarn with 50% or more flax content, and unifies the standard requirements. There are 4 items in the silk field, all of which are revised. Among them, the Test Method for Silkworm Silk is the method standard, which mainly adds the grouping and sampling methods for barreled silkworm silk, expands the grouping regulations, adds the inspection methods for barreled silkworm silk in the color inspection, and adds the electronic evenness, 100000 meter yarn defect test methods, etc.

There are 11 items in knitting field, 9 items are formulated and 2 items are revised. Among them, two basic knitting standards were formulated. The Knitted Colored Cotton Underwear stipulates the specifications and sizes, requirements, inspection methods, judgment rules, product instructions, packaging, transportation and storage of the knitted colored cotton underwear.

There are 4 items in the line and belt field, 3 items are revised and 1 item is formulated. Polyester Filament Civil Ribbon is newly formulated. Ribbon products occupy a large share in ribbon products, but there has been no industry standard to regulate this kind of products. The new standard stipulates the internal quality and appearance quality of this product, which solves the situation that polyester ribbon products have no standards to follow, and has practical significance for further improving the overall quality level of products.

There are 10 items in the textile machinery field, 3 items are revised and 7 items are formulated. The Communication Interface and Specification for Network Management of Cotton Textile Equipment was formulated for the first time. The formulation of this standard will play a role in promoting the technical level of cotton spinning equipment and improving the automation management level of textile enterprises, and play a demonstration role in the formulation of other textile machinery interface standards. At the same time, the Traveling Cleaner, Spindle Belt for Ring Spinning Machine, Grid Ring for Compact Spinning, Digital Tufted Carpet Loom, Shuttle less Weaving Machine and Computer Seamless Knitting Underwear Machine are all formulated for the first time.
