Nigeria NUTUTWN Condemns Federal Import Restrictions

Nigeria National Union of textiles, clothing and tailors ( NUTGTWN Strong Condemning the federal government The government's decision to import textiles and other foreign projects has been cancelled by the government. Import restriction 。

The National Union of textiles, clothing and tailors in Nigeria recently issued a statement that the government's stimulus will prove a disaster to domestic companies.

Considering the abolition of import foreign items, including import restrictions on textiles, toothpicks, furniture and cassava projects, the import restrictions on imported second-hand vehicles should be extended to 15 years. This decision is wrong and will prove to be a disaster for the country. Nigeria is trying to find a place in the world's 20 largest industrialized countries.

The government's decision is a complete policy change that drives the development of the non oil sector and the manufacturing of the two sector. The prohibition of textile imports is based on the fact that large-scale imports of these products will destroy the domestic manufacturing industry.

Similarly, domestic investors have been allowed to deal with smugglers under high pressure.
