Hunan Star Ma Company Cracked Several Technical Bottlenecks

In November 3rd, China's ramie degumming industrialization demonstration enterprise, Hunan Xing Ma Ma Limited by Share Ltd, successfully promoted the technology of degumming and degumming of ramie in Yuanjiang Shaxin Hemp Industry Co., Ltd. and formed a production capacity of 5000 tons of refined hemp. After three months of tracking and monitoring by the Environmental Protection Bureau of Yiyang, the emission targets reached the national level emission standards, and successfully passed the environmental protection acceptance of Yiyang Environmental Protection Bureau. It marks the beginning of the comprehensive promotion of ramie degumming clean production technology in China.

As early as May 30, 2007, star hemp Co., Ltd. completely stopped chemical degumming, removed all the chemical degumming equipment, and independently developed and developed the first biological degumming production line of China's Hemp textile industry, which was formally put into large-scale production. The new biological degumming technology reduces pollution by more than 60% compared with the current chemical degumming. CODer emissions from original 1200mg to 300mg, energy saving and water saving 50%, greatly improve the working environment and working conditions of workers, and achieve cleaner production. In December 2007, the project passed the acceptance of experts from the China Textile Industry Association, headed by Yao Mu, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering. This is an epoch-making technological revolution in the ramie industry. It has opened up a new era of green, low carbon and clean production in China's ramie industry.

However, although the ramie biological degumming technology has made significant breakthroughs, there are still many technical difficulties and bottlenecks to be overcome in popularizing the whole industry. For example, the high cost of technology popularization and the large investment in equipment, many enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, are hard to accept. Two, the degumming of bacteria is unstable and difficult to control. Three, the cost of production is high and the rate of first-class products is low. The emergence of these problems has doubted and challenged the "bio degumming industrialization" of the star hemp industry.

Facing the new problems on the way forward, the decision-makers of the star hemp industry are not discouraged, but insist on technological innovation and strive to solve the bottleneck of ramie degumming industrialization technology. To this end, they organized a number of excellent troops and started the second battle of the industrialization of ramie degumming. The establishment of an effective innovation team based on industry university research cooperation and independent research and development, diversified innovation, and network integration and innovation, established a highly effective innovation team composed of experts and professors from scientific research institutes and scientific and technological personnel. Based on the initial investment of about 30000000 yuan, it invested about 21000000 yuan in cooperation with Dalian Polytechnic University and completed the project of "bivalve degumming bacteria breeding and ramie cleaning production new technology". In December 2009, it passed the appraisal of the achievements of Liaoning provincial science and technology department.

The expert group headed by academician Ding Dewen of the Chinese Academy of Engineering believes that "the selection of biologically degumming strains and the clean production technology of ramie" have solved many technical bottlenecks in ramie degumming industrialization, such as high cost of industrialization, unstable degumming of bacteria, and difficult control of ramie degumming, so that the industrialization technology of ramie degumming has reached a new stage.
