There is no full moon in the dragon year of the lunar calendar, and the price of resource goods is rising.

After the national development and Reform Commission raised the retail price of refined oil in February 8th, the price of liquefied petroleum gas in China gradually increased.

Tap water, since this year, Changsha, Guangzhou, Chongqing and other cities to start the adjustment of water prices: Changsha residents water prices from 1.88 yuan per ton to 2.58 yuan per ton; Guangzhou released two sets of water price hearing scheme, respectively, 0.7 yuan and 0.6 yuan higher than the original standard; Chongqing plans to promote the ladder price system of residential water.

Behind the rising prices of resource goods, there is a new trend in the reform of pricing mechanism.

Under this year's CPI (consumer price index) overall decline, the government has decided to push forward the reform of pricing mechanism, one of which is "ladder type".

Bottled LPG prices close to the highest retail price limit

The international crude oil prices continued to rise as the data were better and Iran's geopolitical problems were stimulated.

As LPG is also refined from crude oil, its cost is proportional to crude oil price.

The national development and Reform Commission stipulates that liquefied petroleum gas will determine the factory price according to the ratio of gasoline to 1:0.83-0.92.

"In recent years, international oil prices are rising, and the overall trend of liquefied petroleum gas prices is also upward."

A project manager of China Petroleum and Kunlun Energy said.

According to the data provided by JOYOU, the price of liquefied petroleum gas in China over the weekend increased by more than 100 yuan per ton compared with that in February 10th, and the range rose from 1.61% to 3.91%.

The weekly rise in East China is as high as 249 yuan per ton.

In the short term, some analysts believe that as Maoming petrochemical, Jinling Petrochemical and Shanghai Petrochemical enter into overhaul in late February, the supply of liquefied petroleum gas will tighten further, and this week the price will probably rise further.

"Winter is the peak of gas consumption, when the price will be higher."

The project manager said that the price difference of LPG bottles in the winter and summer can reach about 40 yuan per bottle (14.5 kg).

Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is mainly residential gas and partly used as industrial fuel.

Yesterday quoted the staff of Shanghai CITIC Gas Company Limited as saying that the company currently sells 14.5 kilograms of bottled liquefied petroleum gas retail.

Price

For 110 yuan, it has risen to the highest retail price limit in Shanghai.

According to the provisions of the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the retail price of 14.5 kilograms of bottled civilian liquefied petroleum gas is 92 yuan, and the operating enterprises can determine the actual retail price within the floating range of 20% of the retail price.

The maximum retail price limit is 110.4 yuan.

The above staff said that now the intake cost is very high, and the retail price of LPG will not drop in the short term.

Li Keqiang talks about ladder price reform

In fact, whenever prices go down, China will take the opportunity to adjust the price of basic resources and strive to promote price reform, but it is often difficult to achieve full success.

On December 15, 2011, Li Keqiang, vice premier of the State Council, put forward that the reform has entered a critical stage and faced with hard nut to crack.

First and foremost is the price.

system

Reform.

Li Keqiang said that in energy resources, public utilities, environmental protection fees and other areas, the problem of unreasonable prices is still more prominent.

"Cracking the resources and environmental problems...

Fundamentally, we must rely on institutional reform.

We should deepen the price reform of resource products, straighten out the price relations of coal, electricity, oil, gas, water and mineral resources, so as to better reflect the supply and demand of the market, the scarcity of resources and the cost of environmental damage.

Li Keqiang asked that while trying out the system of residents' ladder price, we should also pay close attention to the research on the ladder price reform plan of water, natural gas and other products.

(Note: at present, the pilot scheme for the reform of the natural gas price formation mechanism has been launched in Guangdong and Guangxi, and the reform plan of the oil pricing mechanism has also been finalized.

)

Li Keqiang's idea is that the price of the basic needs of residents should be reasonably controlled, and the price of non basic needs should be more regulated by the market.

In addition, we should continue to improve the linkage mechanism of coal and electricity prices.

"We need to pay attention to the fact that the implementation of price reform can not make the economic growth rate too full to make economic relations too tight, so that we can leave room for reform."

Li Keqiang said that the key to solving all the problems in China is development, and that development must be pformed. The biggest bottleneck in the way of pformation lies in the obstacles of institutional mechanisms. In many respects, it is difficult to pform and develop without reform.
