Recently, the Sichuan Quality Supervision Bureau released the results of special supervision and spot checks on textiles in Chengdu, Mianyang, Deyang, Suining, Nanchong, Ziyang, Meishan and other places.

In the products of adult clothing, work clothes, bedding, flocculant fiber products and towel textiles, 491 batches were tested and the average pass rate was 96.1%, an increase of 11.9% over the same period last year.

A total of 77 batches of children's clothing were selected, with a pass rate of 96.1%.

129 batches, the pass rate was 93%; 85 batches of bedding samples were checked, the pass rate was 92.9%; 31 batches of fiber products were selected for spot check, the pass rate was 100%; and the 72 batches of textiles such as towels were checked, the passing rate was 98.6%.

Spot checks found that the quality of 20 batches of products is not qualified, the main problem is that fiber content is inconsistent with the label, color fastness is not qualified, pH value is exceeded and mark is not qualified.

The pH value of quilt cover, Sichuan Langzhong Gong Yuan silk mill square quilt and Nanchong Ya Tang silk quilt do not meet the standard requirements. The color fastness of the children's clothes made by Sichuan Xing Fu Garments Co., Ltd. and Jianyang red Ying garment factory are not qualified. In addition, some of the bedding's fiber content content is not consistent with the tagging, such as the actual cotton blended product marked 100% cotton, shoddy.

On the morning of 20 th, the Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau announced the quality supervision and spot check of clothing and apparel products in autumn and winter in 2011, and inspected 207 batches of 5 categories of autumn and winter clothing such as casual wear, cashmere sweater, woolen sweater, down jacket and Western coat, which were produced and sold in the city. After examination, it was found that the 30 batches were not qualified, and the qualified rate was 85.5%, which was less than 2.5 percentage points of the average sampling qualification rate of the city's spot checks.

Among them, the sampling rate of two categories of down garments and Western coat is higher, reaching 93.6% and 94.6% respectively. The sampling rate of the other three kinds of products is slightly lower, and the sampling rate of cardigan is the lowest, only 78.1%.

The quality problems of clothing products are still outstanding. First, fiber content and discrepancy of down and down content are the most serious problems found in clothing and clothing products spot checks, accounting for about 70% of the total unqualified products, especially those of complex products, accessories and accessories with auxiliary accessories, which are more likely to be unqualified.

Two, the color fastness items of some products failed, and there were 3 batches of products that were resistant to sweat and water fastness.

Three, the dichloromethane soluble substances in woollen fabrics are not qualified, and are concentrated in cashmere sweaters. If the solubility of dichloromethane in cashmere knitwear is too high, it will smell bad and feel sticky.

The problem of exceeding the standard of dichloromethane in sweater products has not appeared.

Four, the pH value and formaldehyde content of individual products exceed the standard.
