The acting lawyer of the company showed evidence in court that LV company found a shop selling fake LV wallet and bags in Lai Di square, and sent a notary to collect evidence at the scene.

At a very low price, the company bought a highly imitated LV leather product at a shop in ledi square, then commissioned a law firm in Beijing to issue a warning letter to stop the infringement of the exclusive right to use the registered trademark to the shopping mall, requiring the business premises to take effective measures within 7 working days to stop the shops' selling and selling behavior, and to ensure that there is no longer any infringement of the exclusive right to use the trademark in the mall.

But a month later, LV found that the shop was still selling counterfeit LV products, and then again took the notary to buy fake LV products, and again notarized the evidence.

Then, LV went on to collect evidence from two other shopping malls, and found that these stores were not serious about LV's "warning letters".

LV's indictment stated that as a manager of the shopping mall, Lai Di square did not stop the infringement in time and effectively, and did not take positive measures to avoid the recurrence of the infringement. Therefore, it should bear joint and several liability.

Many counterfeit goods such as Gucci and Chanel are also counterfeited. These brands are commissioned by some professional anti-counterfeiting lawyers to protect their rights.
