The four Executive Council of the seven Industry Association and the seminar on cooperation and exchange between dominant garment enterprises and universities were held in Yulin recently.

The meeting summed up the work in the first half of this year, and laid out the second half of the year's work plan. The meeting voted to adopt the list of vice chairman and vice president who proposed to be supplemented. It commended the 2011 annual sales volume of the clothing industry in Shaanxi, the total profit and the sales profit margin of the top ten enterprises.

Zhang Ji, deputy director of the consumer goods office of Shaanxi provincial industrial and commercial bureau, Liu Manli, vice president of Shaanxi textile industry, spoke at the meeting. Yang Guangming, executive vice president of Shaanxi garment industry association, made a summary report. The meeting was presided over by the vice president Chen Huian.

In his summary report, Yang Guangming pointed out that over the past 3 years,

We conscientiously implemented the textile revitalization plan formulated by the provincial government, implemented more than 30 technological pformation projects, won 3000 yuan of financial subsidies from the provincial government, and stimulated the whole industry to invest 1 billion 300 million yuan in technological pformation, which has greatly improved the production capacity and technological progress of the clothing industry in Shaanxi.

Since the beginning of this year, when the domestic economy is on a downward trend, the garment industry in Shaanxi has vigorously promoted cooperation between schools and enterprises, and has continuously developed new products.

In the 1~6 months of this year, 12 million 540 thousand garment enterprises above designated size increased 31.3% over the same period last year, and the industrial output value was 1 billion 328 million yuan, an increase of 40.4% over the same period last year, with a profit of 114 million 600 thousand yuan and a tax of 54 million 900 thousand yuan.

The establishment of the winter clothing industry association, as soon as possible, helps the Yulin municipal government and the China Textile Press to organize the "first China wool anti cold clothing industry development summit forum" series activities. Secondly, it goes out to participate in the "first western international procurement negotiation conference" and "the first Asia Europe Silk Road clothing festival", and participates in the "four countries' inspection activities of Germany, France, Italy and Holland" organized by the provincial council for the promotion of trade. The second is to organize the member units to carry out the appraisal of professional skills and professional titles of the employees, assist small and medium-sized garment enterprises to declare their export qualification certificates; four, it is held at the end of the year to convene the Shaanxi clothing convention, exchange advanced experience of industry university research cooperation, technological progress of enterprises, and innovate business models, and study and arrange 2013 annual work. Speaking of the work of the association in the second half of the year, Yang Guangming stressed that the first thing is to promote Yulin wool.
