Shaanxi Quality Supervision Bureau Informed The Results Of Quality Supervision And Spot Checks Of Protective Clothing Products

The provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau recently announced the results of quality supervision and spot check of protective clothing products.

The protective clothing of Xi'an, Xianyang, Baoji and Yanan has been surveyed.

A total of 17 production enterprises were selected, and 39 samples were sampled. After examination, 36 batches of qualified samples were comprehensively determined.

Based on the relevant standards of GB 12014-2009 antistatic clothing, GB 8965.1-2009 flame retardant clothing, and the existing effective enterprise standards and product quality requirements, the spot checks on protective clothing products such as point to point resistance, charged charge, formaldehyde content, pH value, size change rate, air permeability, water fastness, dry color fastness, light fastness, breaking strength, label quality, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, afterburning time, smouldering time, damage length, melting and dropping, breaking strength before washing, tear strength before washing, tear strength before washing, and washing scale and inch change rate were tested.

Spot checks found that 3 batches of samples did not meet the standard requirements, involving the size change rate, breaking strength, dry friction color fastness items were not up to standard.
