It is reported that China Costume Association Data released recently showed that the export volume of China's garment industry has been negative for 13 consecutive months. The loss making enterprises in garment industry have reached 16.32% in Enterprises above designated size. The pressure of China's garment industry is increasing.

From 1 to September 2012, the growth rate of sales revenue of more than 14300 garment enterprises above Designated Size dropped from 10% at the beginning of the year to 10%. This figure is lower than the average level in the past two years, and the profit rate has dropped to 5.09% from 6% at the beginning of the year. At present, the loss has reached 16.32% in the enterprises above the norm, and the average loss has increased by 47.75% over the same period, nearly half. Then Chen Dapeng, executive vice president of the China clothing association, said that in the past, China clothing Enterprises are the workers who earn razor blade profits, and now the profits are decreasing gradually. There are more and more workers in the world market. Many Latin American countries are gradually becoming new world factories. For example, compared to Mexico, its production costs are getting lower and lower. Ten years ago, Mexico companies were 391 higher than China, and this year only 29 higher. This situation may be reversed after 5 years. In addition, from the perspective of demographic structure, Chinese society is becoming more and more aging. The average age of Mexicans is only 29 years old, and it shows that more than half of them are less than 29 years old. This is also a large reserve of cheap labor force. According to the China Apparel Association's calculations, the average profit margins of small and medium enterprises that export low-end products are only about 3%, and the compression of profits also makes clothing orders more obvious to emerging economies.

Chen Dapeng, executive vice president of the China Apparel Association, said that the garment industry urgently needed to realize the change from scale economy to value economy. According to the China Apparel Association's prediction, the export volume of China's garment industry will continue to grow at a low speed for a long period of time, and the operation pressure of the industry will continue to grow. This requires improving the overall competitiveness of the industry, while striving to expand the domestic market. Chinese clothing enterprises can try to spanform their channels of operation, for example, they can build e-commerce platforms to diversify the existing clothing marketing methods, for example, network marketing. According to a latest data, the scale of Chinese clothing online shopping market in 2011 has reached 204 billion 900 million yuan, up 94.7% over the same period last year. Sale The specific gravity is 14.3%.
