Fujian Helps Tens Of Millions Of Enterprises To Expand Their Market

Yesterday, the provincial economic and Trade Commission signed a memorandum of understanding with the e-commerce giant Alibaba and launched the "Fujian industrial enterprise electronic commerce ten million project" project.

The project will be implemented in the whole province from January 1, 2009.

The provincial finance will allocate 10 million yuan special funds in advance to support enterprises to expand e-commerce at home and abroad by leveraging e-commerce, and will also cover business enterprises in the future.

Alibaba will also set up a 10 million yuan special promotion fund to provide value-added services to Fujian industrial enterprises that are supported by the government.

Alibaba will set up the "Fujian e-commerce area" for Fujian enterprises, and build the province's comprehensive B2B (enterprise to enterprise) e-commerce platform, and promote the brand of Fujian enterprises to more than 240 countries and regions in the world.

In addition, the provincial economic and Trade Commission will jointly organize Alibaba's free e-commerce training activities across the province.

By the end of 2009, 1 enterprises in the province will receive free e-commerce training.
