Jinjiang Synthetic Leather Enterprises Have Been Charged With Emission Standards

This year, Jinjiang will invest 417 million yuan to control offshore pollution.

By the end of May, 17 polluting enterprises in the urban area will be moved into Anton Industrial Park.

Yesterday, Chen Wenyi, director of the Jinjiang Environmental Protection Bureau, disclosed the news when he answered the mayor's special line in Jinjiang.

Chen Wenyi said that the planned projects this year are mainly sewage treatment system, industrial pollution remediation, garbage disposal system, livestock and poultry breeding pollution remediation, river regulation five major projects.

The key to the comprehensive control of environmental pollution in coastal waters is to speed up the construction of sewerage network system in Anhai, Tung Shi, Jinnan and Chen Dai, and promote the two phase of Xian Shi sewage treatment plant, the sewage treatment plant project in Anping development area, the expansion of the comprehensive treatment plant for waste incineration and power generation, and the dredging of the lake drain ditch.

In regard to industrial pollution remediation, 17 polluting enterprises in the urban area of Jinjiang should move into the Anton Industrial Park, and the relocation and closure task must be completed before the end of May.

In addition, Tung Shi and Yonghe will build a large stone powder comprehensive treatment plant to reduce the pollution of stone powder to the surrounding environment.

The relevant departments of Jinjiang will also instruct 11 synthetic leather enterprises to meet the standards.

Last December 1st, Jinjiang opened a hotline 85512369 or 12369.

If people report illegal sewage disposal, they will receive a reward of 100~1000 yuan.

Chen Wenyi hopes that the public will respond positively.
