Vietnam?

It is reported that Vietnamese garment sales are expected to grow by 15% by the end of 2012. The main reason for this growth is the demand for good quality garments and the recognition of brands.

RNCOS, a research firm, pointed out in its "Vietnam retail research" report that although the clothing market in Vietnam is mostly export-oriented, local demand for brand clothing is growing.

The top design brands, including D&G, Gucci and Valentino, are well received in Vietnam, but they are still too expensive for most Vietnamese people.

Cheaper brands, such as Bossini, Giordano and Mango, are also popular among big cities because of their low price.

The research report is also optimistic about the growth prospects of Vietnam's garment and textile manufacturing industry. It is estimated that the annual growth rate will reach 9.95% in 2007-2010 years.
