1. material selection and design of bonding point

From the beginning of the design and proofing, the problem of bonding should be considered. Otherwise, even if the design is exquisite, if the good bonding effect can not be obtained, the quality of the whole pair of shoes will be greatly reduced.

To understand the characteristics of materials, the same material should also pay attention to the possible changes in its quality. Materials that cannot be well bonded should be avoided as far as possible.

When designing shoe samples, the bonding point should be designed in advance according to the shoe type. The bonding strength between the bonding area and the need should be designed. Otherwise, the adhesive problem will occur if the shoe sample is approved by the customer after mass production.

* if the material specified by the customer is not able to achieve good bonding effect, the subsidy measures must be prepared beforehand, such as nails, plaster and so on.

2. design of drying conditions

After being glued, it is necessary to have moderate drying to get good adhesive effect. The drying methods can be divided into two kinds: natural drying and artificial drying. Natural drying is drying at normal temperature, and it is easy to maintain consistent drying results due to the influence of weather and environment. Most shoe factories use artificial drying.

When designing drying conditions, we should pay attention to the following matters:

1) the choice of heat source - the necessary heat energy for drying, and the heat energy comes from various sources of heat, such as the infrared lamp, the heat pipe and the silicon heat pipe. The characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of various heat sources should be understood beforehand, and the most suitable heat source should be selected according to their own needs.

2) selection of drying time and temperature according to the needs of shoe type and selected adhesive, the most suitable drying time and temperature are set.

3) temperature adjustment and control. Temperature indicator and temperature control system should be provided on the oven, and the actual temperature in the box should be measured regularly with the left thermometer. If the temperature is not within the proper range, it should be adjusted immediately.

3. preparation of adhesives and treatment agents

1) choose the appropriate size of the plastic bowl for the processing agent and adhesive, and decide the size of each preparation according to the production speed.

2) the amount of sclerosing agent should be accurate (usually measured in measuring cups).

3) after adding hardener, it should be mixed evenly. Since the proportion of hardening agent is heavier than adhesive, it should be mixed up and down, not stirring or stirring around the circle.

4) every time after using hardener, cover the tank immediately and avoid the reaction with moisture in the air.

5) pay attention to the time to use, observe the use of adhesive brush, if there is "dead glue" phenomenon, should immediately stop using, has exceeded the use.

The time adhesive should not be mixed with the newly prepared adhesive or poured into the original adhesive bucket.

4. surface treatment

The surface treatment has great influence on the bonding effect, and the correct surface treatment can ensure the expected bonding effect.

1) the smooth surface that is not easy to adhere to, or the surface with oil contamination release agent, should be first grind and rough.

2) choose the appropriate tools (such as gauze, cotton, sponge, etc.).

3) strive for uniformity and completeness.

4) gauze and cotton should be changed frequently. Especially for PVC, TPR and plasticized rubber with a lot of plasticizers, plasticizers and oil stains can not be treated cleanly if they are not changed frequently.

5. brushing of adhesives

1) choose suitable brushes according to materials, adhesives and brushing.

2) the amount of brushes should be fixed every time, and the strength should be averaged when painting, so as to maintain the uniform thickness of the film.

3) in addition to the speed of painting, it should be kept clean and tidy.

4) brush should be soaked and cleaned immediately after use.

6. fit

1) keep the table and hand clean. The adhesive should not be contaminated before drying.

2) fix the bonding parts and strive for success once.

3) after fitting, the hand should be slightly pressurized first.

4) keep consistent speed, do not use the shoes to be stacked and avoid sticking beyond the sticky time.

7. pressure

Pressure is also an important factor to get good bonding effect. No matter how good the quality of the adhesive is, it can not give full play to its adhesive effect without proper pressure.

1) choosing the press should take into account the size of the pressure, the stability of the pressure, the control of the pressure time and the operation performance.

2) set the necessary pressure and time according to the shoe type.

3) the pressure die is accurate so as to really pressurize the bonding surface.

4) the greater the pressure, the better the principle.

5) pressure should be kept at a certain speed, and shoes should not be accumulated to affect the pressure effect.

8. finishing

When finishing shoes, solvent should be used to remove the oil stain and the adhesive. The adhesive layer should be avoided. If the adhesive is solvent resistant, it will be dissolved when it meets solvent. It may be degumming.

Three, prevent environmental factors that affect adhesive force.

1, to prevent dust - dust is one of the key factors affecting adhesion; if the sticky surface is sticky with dust, and has not been cleaned up, after the glue is coated, the permeability of the adhesive will be blocked by the dust, which will affect the adhesive force. The semi-finished products that have been coated with adhesive, such as the surface adhered to the dust, are bonded with each other after adhesion.

2, prevent moisture - water is another key factor that affects adhesion. The moisture content of the adhesive is too high, and the water occupies the surface of the sticky substance. The adhesive can not penetrate the sticky substance, which will affect the adhesive force.

Another reason is that although the sticky material is dry, but after coating the glue, when it rains, the humidity is high, and the water is condensed on the surface of the adhesive. If the baking temperature and time are not enough, the adhesive force will not meet the requirements.

Therefore, the environment should be kept dry and well ventilated.

As well as the use of shoes that are stored for too long, to avoid moisture effects, they should be heated and dried before bonding.

3, to prevent oil - oil is the key to the adhesion of the key three. After the sticky surface is sticky with oil, the adhesive can not penetrate the sticky material gap, only floating on the surface, the adhesion will be greatly reduced, and serious degumming will occur. The solution is to remove the oil stains first.

Four. Layout of process flow chart

1) the first oven temperature is adjusted to 70 - 80 C.

2) second oven temperature is adjusted to 60 - 65 C.

3) the assembly line speed is pferred to the shoe from the second oven.

The time is about 6 to 8 minutes.

4) the distance between the press and the second oven is about second 2/3 of the oven length.
