DSQUARED2 Designer: A Mind, Two Bodies.

For a long time, under the leadership of its founder, twin designer Dean Caten and Dan Caten, Dsquared2 has always been one of the representative brands of youth fashion, including the popularity of many famous international stars such as Madonna, Rihanna, Christina and so on, making it an important benchmark for the trend.

In the latest season's design, twin designers drew inspiration from the culture of Indians and Eskimos, and made the costumes have exotic flavor through tribal patterns, big pile caps and Milu yellow. In many Italian traditional fashion brands, they still carry forward their innovative youth culture spirit.

Reporters were invited to enter the show, and at the first time after the show, they interviewed the twin designers Dean Caten and Dan Caten.

Dean Caten and Dan Caten (later referred to as Dean & Dan): it is indeed exotic, inspired by our motherland (Canada), Indians and Eskimos, including the Mayans, and we have incorporated these cultures together to design this season.

Reporter: when we walked out of the show, the models were just like big stars, coming down from a very high stage. So is this one of the themes that I want to show?

Dean & Dan: Yes, and they (models) are real superstars for us.

Reporter: so, what kind of girls are considered suitable for your design?

Our clothes are designed for those strong, confident and excellent girls who are sure that they are full of energy.

Interviewer: how do you handle disputes and disagreements in the design process?

Dean & Dan: actually, we don't have so many disagreements. We are twins, and we cooperate very well. If one is confused, the other will try to make things better.

We understand each other, understand each other, our taste is almost the same, we also have the same aesthetic for girls, so we design together and start a business together.

Interviewer: so do you use the same brain?

Dean & Dan: you can say that! A mind, two bodies.

Interviewer: do you often use the Internet? Do you think the Internet era has any impact on your design?

Dean & Dan: of course.

It must be influential. The Internet makes everything simpler. For example, I want to do the design of Eskimo this time. It allows me to find more information in the fastest time, and can provide some reference materials that I may not find easily before. So from this point of view, the Internet is very important to our design.
