The main theme of the selection is Xiamen international fashion designer selection, aiming at mining and cultivating Xiamen's cutting-edge fashion designers, providing a display platform for young fashion designers.

The participants of the clothing designers include the design staff engaged in the design of Xiamen clothing enterprises or design studios, the design staff, independent designers, and outstanding student representatives of fashion design in Xiamen clothing colleges.

At the stage of registration, designers need to submit submissions, personal contacts and three works (Draft). The organizer will organize the jury to select 30 shortlisted designers.

In the selection, the organizers will also introduce tutorial system. The tutors are experts in the industry or famous designers in clothing enterprises. 30 finalists and tutors will conduct two-way selection according to their design styles and specialties, and take 4-5 designers to form a group with each tutor.

A unified style theme or element will be set up in the tutor's assessment stage. Each tutor will represent an enterprise, and the designer will lead their designers into the proposition elements. Each person will design a set of clothes for the enterprise. Finally, according to the teacher's rating and the reader's vote, ten will be selected to enter the finals.

Ten finalists were invited to participate in the final assessment. The final evaluation of the entries should be carried out in a static and dynamic manner.

The main purpose is to promote the local clothing brand culture, display the brand image of Xiamen clothing enterprises, and Xiamen local clothing enterprises or independent designer brands can sign up for the review.

The organizer will organize relevant leading departments, fashion designers and experts and entrepreneurs in relevant fields to form a jury. The whole selection process will include brand solicitation, primary stage, stage of review and final finals.

After the enrolment is completed, the organizers will collect and screen the candidate brands, and display the candidate brands through the channel guide, the Taiwan Strait network and the guide micro channel, and accept the public vote. According to the number of readers and the evaluation of the expert jury, 20 enterprises will be selected to enter the top 10 candidates.

Subsequently, the jury will inspect and evaluate the brand culture and image, clothing content, market share and influence of the 20 garment brands selected, and finally select the ten fashion design brands in Xiamen with the readers' voting.
