Receiving disabled people to work and recuperate in factories

At the same time, Li Dinghai has not forgotten the same group of disabled people.

In 1998, Li Dinghai recruited the first disabled worker, Xiao Yang.

Xiao Yang is a native of Jiangxi who suffers from paralysis due to poliomyelitis.

At that time, there were more migrant workers in Taizhou and relatively few jobs. Xiao Yang went to many factories to find jobs.

Xiao Yang's brother went to work in Li Dinghai factory and recommended his brother to the boss.

Li Dinghai said, let Xiao Yang come and have a try.

Later, Li Dinghai let Xiao Yang stay, considering that his feet were disabled, Li Dinghai arranged for him to do manual work.

After that, Li Dinghai received more disabled people to work in his factory and arranged jobs according to their own conditions.

In July 2012, the company also set up a disability treatment station.

Li Dinghai said that compared with other disabled people, the disabled workers at the occupational therapy station have lower working ability, and the company needs to be taken care of by others.

Over the past 4 years, there have been five or six disabled people working in the workplace.

The 200 kitchen is designed for staff to build a large collective kitchen.

Flying eagle's collective kitchen is very famous. There are more than 200 kitchen ranges for staff to cook together.

Li Dinghai said that the company had run a canteen, but the staff came from all corners of the country, and it was hard to adjust. Finally, decided to adopt the form of a large kitchen, so that employees can cook on their own.

The big kitchen embodies Li Dinghai's love for his employees.

The employees' hostel of Eagle Eagle company is two people, equipped with bathroom and air conditioner, and does not have to bear water and electricity charges.

During the summer vacation, many employees came home from their homes. Li Dinghai deliberately vacated the conference room as a "migratory bird class" classroom, and invited a special kindergarten teacher. When employees encountered legal matters, Li Dinghai invited the company legal adviser to open a legal teahouse to provide legal advice for employees.

Caring for employees and caring for employees

Beginning in 2013, Li Dinghai contacted primary school in Wenchuan, Aba Prefecture and other places in Sichuan by caring people, giving shoes to pupils.

In 2010, the Wenling Municipal Work Committee, the Joint Municipal Judicial Bureau and the Municipal People's court and other units planned to set up a "sunshine post" base for help and education in the enterprises.
