In July 12th, the 2018 semi annual performance forecast issued by Wanlima, the domestic leather goods brand, showed that as of June 30th, the net profit of Wanlima belonging to the shareholders of listed companies increased by -15%-15% over the same period last year, with an estimated profit of 11 million 193 thousand and 700 -1514.45 million yuan.

Wanlima said in its announcement that the company's main business increased in the first half of 2018 compared with the same period last year. However, sales expenses, management fees and financial expenses increased compared with the same period last year, and net profit was basically flat compared with the same period last year.

It is noteworthy that Wanlima suffered serious losses in the first quarter of this year.

Operating income was 97 million 310 thousand yuan, an increase of 28.74% over the same period; net loss attributable to net profit was 4 million 941 thousand yuan, down 106.42% compared with the same period last year; the net loss of non net profit was 4 million 941 thousand yuan, down 91.25% compared with the same period last year.

In this regard, Wanlima said in a quarterly announcement that sales increased mainly due to an increase over last year, resulting in a year-on-year decline in net profit.

In order to reverse the profit loss situation, Wanlima focused on the products of the military police clothing system.

In May 30th this year, Wanlima announced that it had signed four copies of the "armed police procurement contract for clothing" with the armed forces logistics procurement Station, with a total sum of 55 million 565 thousand yuan. In June 11th, Wanlima announced again that it had signed two "2018 year purchase contracts for loaded materials" with five pieces of 552 units on 17 combat boots and loaded materials, with a total sum of 215 million yuan.

In June 15th, Wanlima revised its business scope.

Among them, from the original "sales" to "production, processing, manufacturing, marketing"; the type of business has increased.
