An Li Fang Expects Net Profits To Drop Sharply In 2018.

In the evening of January 28th, Anli Fang Holdings (01338, hereinafter referred to as "Anli Fang") issued a notice. According to the announcement, in the year ended December 31, 2018, Anli Fang predicted that the net profit of the group would be significantly reduced. Anli Fang thought that a significant decrease in net profit was due to a one-time gain in 2017 due to the resettlement group's property in Shenzhen, China, which did not appear during the relevant period.

Despite the challenges of the market environment, the overall sales volume of the company from October 2018 to December (the fourth quarter of the year) is similar to that of the same period last year, mainly due to the overall sales growth from the online sales and wholesale platforms.

During the fourth quarter, sales in the same store remained stable for more than 24 months.

As of the end of December 2018, the total retail outlets of the company were 1837, of which 1557 and 280 were sales counters and specialized stores.

The retail point of ANN Li Fang decreased by 88 at the end of December last year.

In view of the fact that the sales network of an Li Fang is in a period of adjustment, the company will continue to clean up low efficiency stores in 2019 to enhance its overall operational efficiency.
