Industrial Cluster: According To USDA Monthly Report In April, China'S Cotton Consumption Was Reduced By 500000 Bales
In 2021 / 22, the global cotton supply and demand data also showed little change. The global output increased by 340000 bales, and the growth came from Pakistan and Greece. Global consumption was reduced to 124.1 million bags, mainly due to the reduction of 500000 bags in China.
In terms of imports, China and Pakistan both cut 300000 bales, while Turkey increased 150000 bales.
In terms of exports, global exports were reduced by 450000 bales, while those of India and Brazil were reduced.
Due to the increase of global production and the decrease of consumption, the ending inventory increased by 800000 bales to 83.4 million bales on a month on month basis.
