What Is Agency?
Agency refers to the agent's enforcement of civil juristic acts in the name of the agent within the power of agency. The civil rights and civil obligations arising therefrom are enjoyed and assumed by the agent.
The agent has the following characteristics: (1) agents must perform civil juristic acts within the authority of agency.
(2) the agent must act in the name of the agent in civil juristic act.
(3) the legal consequences of agency behavior are directly borne by the agent.
Generally speaking, agents can be divided into three categories: principal agent, statutory agency and designated agency.
